SHOWER HOUSE CONCRETE BID
HAMILTON COUNTY CONSERVATION BOARD
The Hamilton County Conservation Board (HCCB) is seeking bids for concrete footings and sidewalk
aprons in preparation to install a pre-fabricated concrete shower house at Little Wall Lake Park, 3540 Little Wall Lake Road, Jewell, Iowa.
Awarded contractor will work with a licensed plumber (already hired by
HCCB) to prepare for piping within the concrete. Contractor will supply and provide the
following:
• Trenching and pouring 12” x 54” footings with rebar as per drawings.
• Forming, furnishing, installing, finishing concrete aprons and reinforcing steel in
association with project (after the building is set into place).
• 4000 lb. concrete to be used.
• Supply all base rock needed or necessary for project.
Please submit bids by June 23 for Conservation Board review.
Site grading preparation and/or installing the foundation footings and base, along with required
utilities in detailed locations, as per plans in order for a pre-fabricated building to be set into
place.
Building will be delivered in mid-August, so this project is preferred to be completed in
mid- to late-July.
