Jackson County Conservation is excited to offer summer day camps again this year. JCC Education Staff and Green Iowa AmeriCorps Members will be leading a variety of camps.
Registration for camps will open Monday, March 25 at 9:00 AM. All registration will be online this year. It is first-come-first-serve. The link to register is https://jacksoncountyconservation.eventbrite.com. Registration for all camps on this site will open at 9:00 AM on March 25. Select the camp that matches the grade your child is currently in this year - NO exceptions.

Explorer Camp for Kindergarten & 1st graders
Ranger Camp for 2nd & 3rd graders
Adventure Camp for 4th & 5th graders
Naturalist Camp for 6th, 7th, 8th graders
Half Day Camps for 1st-6th graders
Youth Backpacking Trip
Jackson County Conservation is again partnering with Dubuque County Conservation for an overnight backpacking trip! Youth will hike 20+ miles on a 3-day/2-night backpacking trip. Camp in tents, cook food using backpacking stoves, and have fun immersing yourself in the outdoors.
Dates: June 25-27
Mandatory pre-trip meeting Monday, June 17 from 1:00-4:00 PM
Ages: 13-17
Location: Yellow River State Forest
Cost: $50
