Adams - Lake Icaria

1731 Cottage Cove Rd...From Highway 148 go East on 183rd Street. Take 183rd Street for about 2 miles and turn North on Kale Avenue (Kale Ave is the second paved road on 183rd Street). Travel about 1/2 mile and the cottage drive will be on the left side of the road, turn West onto Cottage Cove Road (right before crossing the water). Cottages are located at the end of the drive, with Cottage #2 on the North side (right side)

This Cottage has an 1080 sq ft (36' x 30’) main floor with 2 bedrooms (queen beds), full restroom/shower, laundry, full kitchen including a stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, dining area with a large table and a living area with an electric fireplace and satellite TV.  A 760 sq ft semi open loft contains another large bedroom (2 twin over full bunks), full restroom/shower, another TV area as well as a table and chairs for playing cards and games plus plenty of open space, a covered 12’ x 30' ramped deck allows more than enough room for enjoying the outdoors in any weather. Outdoors there are picnic tables, a fire pit, a stand up grill and a dock.

We also provide cookware, tableware for 12, cooking and eating utensils, coffee pot, toaster, linens, dish and laundry pods and cottage cleaning supplies. We do provide some paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. See total inventory list in "Related Items"

Renter must bring: food, coffee, all personal items and toiletries. 

The Cottages can be reserved online up to two years in advance. Each must be reserve before five days of your arrival, but you can contact the business office to reserve any date that is within the five-day window of your expected arrival date. An additional $4 processing fee/facility will be added at check-out.

No Refunds for any reason - Per the ACCB Rules and Regulations if you need to cancel a reservation, you will forfeit 100% of all reservation fees paid. Notify the Park Office of all cancellations, at least 7 days before the reservation, and you will be able to change the reservation dates (limited to twice).

Winter Rates - January through March $150/night
     • 2 nights minimum
     • Friday and Saturday must be reserved together
     • Call the business office for a weekly rate discount of $750/week
Regular Rates - April, October through December  $300/night
     • 2 nights minimum
     • Friday and Saturday must be reserved together
     • Call the business office for a weekly rate discount of $2000/week
Summer Rates - Memorial Day through Labor Day  $2000/week
     • Weekly rentals only during this time
     • Friday to Friday only

Pet Fee Effective 1/19/2024 – $50 per night 

Adams County Conservation charges a non-refundable pet fee of $50 per night upon purchase of reservation. A $250 per day penalty will be charged when any pet is found that is not prepaid for. Any damages caused by a customer’s pet will result in a $100 or more charge that will be paid for by the reservation holder. Pets must be tethered or kenneled at ALL times. You are requested to clean up after your pet. Do not leave pets loose and/or unattended inside or outside of the cottage. Please check the appropriate box if you are paying for pets.

• No Refunds for cancellations, read the Rental Agreement below.
• No sleeping tents or RVs will be allowed to set up in the cottage area.
• Person renting the cottage must be 21 years or older.
• No kegs allowed. No smoking in cottages.
• Pets are allowed for an additional fee and must be mannerly, tethered and accompanied at ALL times. You must clean up after your pets.
• Burning of trash is toxic and discouraged...please do not burn trash, use the dumpsters provided.
