Relax in our Full-Service rustic cabin with a panoramic view of Lake Icaria. This is a handicap-accessible, 16’ x 27’ (432 sq ft) Cabin with a covered 6’ concrete patio. All will enjoy the outdoors while using the stand-up grill and open fire pit provided at each cabin: air conditioning and heater units in all cabins. This full-service cabin has a small kitchenette and bathroom attached.

Cabins can be reserved online up to two years in advance. Full-service cabins are open year-round. Sleeper cabins are open from April through October. All cabins must be reserved with Friday and Saturday together. Each must be reserved before five days of your arrival, but you can contact the business office (641-322-4793) to reserve any date that is within the five-day window of your expected arrival date. An additional $4 processing fee/facility will be added at check-out.

Cabin Keys are located in the numbered box at the ‘Key Station’ closet to your cabin. Use the key code you entered when making your reservation. The key code is also listed on the Reservation Receipt sent by email when making your reservation. *See Key Station Map for details

Location

Walleye Cabin (#9) is a west facing cabin at the end of the park, positioned to the South of the Shower/Restrooms. When you enter the Lake View Campground and come to the y-intersection, keep left and follow the road to the far west parking lot. 

Key station is located in the middle of the far west parking lot.

This is a Full-Service rustic cabin that features a small kitchenette with a sink. There is a Bathroom with a stand-up shower, sink, and stool.

Fees

Cabins can be reserved online up to two years in advance. Full-service cabins (#1, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12) are open year-round. Sleeper cabins (#2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14) are open from mid-April through mid-October. All cabins must be reserved with a 2-night minimum and with Friday and Saturday together. No Refunds for any reason - Per the ACCB Rules and Regulations if you need to cancel a reservation, you will forfeit 100% of all reservation fees paid. Notify the Park Office of all cancellations, at least 7 days before the reservation, and you can change the reservation dates. (limited twice).

Pet Fee Effective 1/19/2024 – $50 per night
Adams County Conservation charges a non-refundable pet fee of $50 per night. A $250 per day penalty will be charged when any pet is found that is not prepaid for. Any damages caused by a customer’s pet will result in a $100 or more charge that will be paid for by the reservation holder. Pets must be tethered or kenneled at ALL times. You are requested to clean up after your pet. Do not leave pets loose or unattended inside or outside of the cabin.

Permits

  • No Refunds for Cancellations, read the Rental Agreement below 
  • No sleeping tents will be allowed to set up in the cabin area.
  • Person renting the cabin must be 21 years or older.
  • No kegs allowed.
  • No smoking in cabins.
  • Pets are allowed for an additional fee and must be tethered at ALL times. Please be considerate of others and clean-up after your pet.
  • Burning of trash is toxic and discouraged...please use the dumpsters provided.
