Celebrate the start of the holidays at Motor Mill with the 2nd Annual Bridge Lighting and open house on November 17th from 4:30-5:30 PM. Each year local friendly elves work hard to light up the bridge for all to enjoy. Celebrate the occasion this year with the Motor Mill Foundation. There will be hot chocolate, cookies, as well as gifts to inspire your holiday shopping! The official lighting of the bridge will be at 5:00 p.m. So, head over the river and through the woods to Motor Mill for a festive evening in a beautiful and historic setting. After enjoying the twinkling bridge lights head to Hope Lutheran Church for a soup supper to support the Littleport Fire Department. Motor Mill Historic Site is located at 23002 Grain Road, Elkader, Iowa.
