Nature on the Big Screen Summer Camp - Week 6: Desert Biome

Come explore the Desert Biome where life persists despite heat and drought. Students will discover how plants and animals conserve water, stay cool, and thrive in harsh conditions. Crafts and activities included! Join us to see if you have what it takes to survive the Earth's hottest, driest places!

 

Ages:

5-9 years old

 

Date & Time: 

Check-in begins at 9:45 am

Program runs from 10 am-12 pm

 

Location:

Marina Casino Bay

207 W Marina Road

Storm Lake, IA 50588

 

What to Bring:

Water bottle

Sunscreen and bug spray (as needed)

 

Registration:  Camp is free, but registration is required

Register at mycountyparks.com by Tuesday, July 20th at 4 pm

Registration for the next camp opens the day of the previous camp
