First Day Hike

Event Summary

Let's start the new year with some fresh air and good company. Meet Butler CCB staff at the first shelter inside the Heery Woods Campground entrance for a 1:00 departure for a hike on the mowed trail through the park. We will traverse prairie and woodland on an out and back trail. Be sure to dress for the weather and trail conditions. This hike is FREE and open to all ages. Let's celebrate the coming of 2026!
