Allan and Fayette Meyer Nature Center Grand Re-opening

Event Summary

The Butler County Conservation Board would like to invite you to the Grand Re-Opening of the Allan and Fayette Meyer Nature Center on Saturday, June 20.

The nature center expansion was completed in 2021, and we have finished fundraising for phase one of the display plan. A few displays have been installed, and we think it is time to thank all of our community members, granting organizations and others who have helped us fund this project to bring dynamic environmental education to all visitors and residents of Butler County. This project would not have been possible without all of you - so let us say THANKS.

What: Grand Re-Opening and Open House

When: Saturday, June 20 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Where: Allan and Fayette Meyer Nature Center; 27887 195th St, Clarksville, IA 50619

Details: Thank You and Ribbon Cutting at 11:00 AM outside the nature center

               Open House to check out the expansion and displays along with refreshments - mini-meatballs, sandwiches, fruit, CAKE, lemonade and coffee.

If you can't make it to the ribbon cutting ceremony, join us any time between 11 and 2 to see the new space. AND THANK YOU ALL AGAIN!
