Boating Boating at Featherstone Memorial Park
A boat ramp at the southern end of Featherstone Park allows access to the gorgeous, 453 acre North Twin Lake. North Twin Lake is a very popular site for boating activities throughout the summer months.
Cabins Cabins at Featherstone Memorial Park
Featherstone Memorial Park is home to five cozy, small cabins, and two large spacious cabins which visitors love. Located just yards from the water's edge of North Twin Lake, these cabins offer stunning views. The smaller cabins comfortably accommodates six guests. The larger two cabins comfortably accommodate eight guests and come with some added perks. Check out out "facilities" page for a more in depth look at these cabins or to book one! 
Canoeing & Kayaking Canoeing & Kayaking at Calhoun Wildlife Area
This 11 acre pond is perfect for canoeing and kayaking with waterside access through the cattails. This pond supports numerous waterfowl species along with a host of other wildlife.
Canoeing & Kayaking Canoeing & Kayaking at Featherstone Memorial Park
Featherstone Memorial Park offers canoeing and kayaking access to the 453 acre, North Twin Lake. The easiest access to the lake is offered by the concrete boat ramp at the south end of the campground. If the boat ramp is not a desirable access to the lake for you adventurers out there, then Calhoun County Conservation does have another access at the Treman Park Beach for canoes and kayaks.
Disc Golf Disc Golf at Featherstone Memorial Park
Featherstone Park contains a 9 hole disc golf course nestled within a well kept, lightly wooded area of the park. With the tees made of concrete and a par of 27, this course offers something for all of you disc golfers out there!
Fishing Fishing at Calhoun Wildlife Area
Bank and boat fishing is available along this 11 acre pond. While the shallows are currently swamped in cattails, Calhoun County Conservation is working on removing sections of this semi-aquatic plant to help open up the waterside.
Fishing Fishing at Roos Pond
This 8 acre pond is perfect for a calm and relaxing fishing excursion. With a boat ramp and jetty on the south end of the pond, both shoreline and boat fishing are viable options for those looking to cast a line. Brand new spawning habitat, in the form of cedar trees anchored by culverts, were recently added in March of 2021.

Bank fishing is accessible all along the eastern edge of Featherstone Memorial Park. A boat ramp allows access to the beautiful, 453 acre North Twin Lake. Fish species at this lake include, but are not limited to: Bigmouth Buffalo, Black Bullhead, Black Crappie, Bluegill, Channel Catfish, Common Carp, Freshwater Drum, Walleye, and Yellow Bass.
Swimming Swimming at Treman Park
Located at the north end of North Twin Lake, Treman Park offers about 100 yards of beach for visitors ready to take a dip or tan on the sand. Swimmers are reminded that there is no lifeguard present; swim at your own risk. Also located within the park are shelter houses, a playground, and a bathroom.
Trails & Hiking Trails & Hiking at Featherstone Memorial Park
The Twin Lake Trail encircles the entirety of North Twin Lake. Along the way are such sites as Twin Lakes State Park, Gutz Prairie, Treman Park and Featherstone Memorial Park. This 7 mile, paved trail is great for walking and biking, offering stunning views of North Twin Lake as you go.
Trails & Hiking Trails & Hiking at Roos Pond
Surrounding this small, and simple pond is a mixture of gravel and grass trails stretching roughly 0.7 miles. Perfect for walking the dogs or taking a nice stroll yourself. Two shelter houses offer nice resting spots at the north and south ends of the pond.
