Event Summary

Ever wonder who was walking through the park before you arrived? It’s time to channel your inner detective! This camp is all about the art of "reading the landscape." We’ll dive into the world of animal signs, from the subtle press of a paw print in the mud to the tell-tale clues of scat and markings left on trees. We will embark on a tracking expedition through the park, using interactive games and stories to piece together the secret lives of Iowa’s wildlife. Whether it’s the heart-shaped print of a White-tailed Deer or the hand-like track of a Raccoon, you’ll head home with the skills to identify the neighbors living in your own backyard.

Responsible adult must attend with child. (Babysitter, Parent, Grandparent etc.)
