Eden Valley Camp Day

Event Summary

These are like our day camps at Rock Creek, but a guardian must be present and active with the group. We will hike, play in the water, roast some hotdogs and s'mores, make crafts, and do nature games and other fun activities!

9:30- Check-in and craft @ the Nature Center

9:45 - intros and rules

10:00 Hike all the cool spots @ EV (We may go off trail, so wear layers, like shorts over pants, long socks to go over pant legs and sturdy shoes to hike the hills of Eden Valley.

11:30 Snack and build fires

12:30 Lunch (Lunch provided for all, even guardians. If you have special dietary needs feel free to bring your own food. We will have hotdogs, chips, fruit, smores).

1:00 craft

1:30 - creek fun (may want to bring swimsuit/trunks, swim shoes or sandals with straps or old lace shoes, CCCB recommends shoes to protect feet, bare feet are at the risk of the participant and CCCB will not accommodate people that do not have proper footwear, ABSOLUTELY no flipflops!). If water levels are unsafe we will do an alternate activity.
