Canoe Kids Camp (completed 6th grade -17 years)

Event Summary

This camp is kids who have completed 6th grade -11th grade. Spending time on the water is what this is all about!  Kids will spend the first day at Rock Creek learning the ways of the river.  Their paddling, camping and problem solving skills will take them out on the Wapsipinicon River on an overnight adventure for days two and three!  This camp requires ambition, energy and effort!  Naturalist Jessica and another naturalist have years of experience leading kids out on the river and are happy to share their skills and expertise to ensure a safe, fun trip. If the river is unsafe for one reason or another (flooding, dangerous forecast, etc) we may switch locations.
