In 1973, the Dallas County Conservation Board purchased 24.57 acres of land from the George and Myrtle Trindle estate with the land to be used as a public park. Trindle Park is a beautifully wooded, secluded area.

  • From Interstate 80, take exit 113.
  • Go south on County Road R16.
  • Continue on R16, turning left at the T intersection
  • Turn right on Richland Circle. The park entrance is on the right.

In May-October, Trindle Park hours are 8:00am-10:00pm daily. Restrooms are open. 
In November-April, Trindle Park is closed. Restrooms are closed.
