Rental Contract Agreement
MALLORY PARK CAMPSITE RESERVATION AGREEMENTBy your agreement with these terms and conditions, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older (21 years of age or older if alcohol will be available at your campsite) and that you are authorized to make the reservation on behalf of the camping party you have listed. You further agree to assume full responsibility for the acts, negligence or omissions of the members of your group while utilizing said facilities. Additionally, you agree that you have read and understand the refund and cancellation policy concerning this reservation, and have also read and understand the facility contract information. You are reserving a facility in a Franklin County Conservation Board park. All county park rules and state laws are enforced. Failure to clean up the facility or surrounding area as outlined, or failure to comply with park rules or state laws may result in enforcement action. Franklin County Conservation may take any legal action necessary to recover damages to county property.Check in time: After 3:00 PM on your day of arrivalCheck out time: Before 1:00 PM on day of departureRefund and Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy Should you choose to cancel a reservation, you will forfeit 100% of all reservation fees paid. Refund Policy All reservations with Franklin County Conservation Board facilities are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. You may request a date change by contacting the conservation office. Reservation holders are allowed ONE opportunity to change the date of their reservation and the new date must be within 12 months of the original reservation.HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE Undersigned hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue Franklin County its employees, officers, directors, supervisors, elected officials, agents and assigns (“Releasees”) from any and all liability to the undersigned, its/their personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin, for any and all loss, damage, demand or cost, including but not limited to injury to property, person or death of the undersigned, arising out of or related to the loss, damage, claim, demand or cost arising out of or related to the rights conferred, the benefits provided or the subject of this Agreement, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. Undersigned further agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releasees and each of them from any and all loss, damage, claim or demand by any other person or party, including but not limited to injury to property, person or death, arising out of or related to the use of the property or premises licensed for use pursuant to this agreement, or for any loss, damage, claim, demand or cost arising out of or related to the rights conferred, the benefits provided or the subject of this Agreement, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. I agree to clean up all decorations, litter, debris, and spills, on the grounds which may have been deposited during our stay. I agree to be responsible for any damages done to property during our stay by us, or by our guests. I agree to ensure compliance of Sec. 123.47 of the Iowa Code respecting possession of alcohol by minors and agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the Conservation Board and the State of Iowa.
