Boat Drag Races & Fireworks on the Lake

Event Summary
Hamilton County Conservation and the Midwest Hot Boat Association present the Boat Drag Festival at Little Wall Lake… featuring Blown Alcohol Hydros skimming the water at over 140 miles an hour.
Bring the family for a full day of fun and entertainment! Be sure to come hungry because 5 of the area’s best eateries will be serving up delicious food. There’s a volleyball tournament at 2:00 pm and then later that night at 7:00 pm the band Aftershock will keep the party going. And no water party of this magnitude would be complete without a lighted boat parade and fireworks… and that’s what you’ll get at beautiful Little Wall Lake this Saturday!

- 10:00 am - Time Trials Begin
- 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm Racing on the Little Wall Lake
- Admission is $2 per person
- Parking is $5 per vehicle
- Food and beverages will be available from: Fire House Restaurant of Iowa Falls; Top Shelf Grill of Jewell; Rasmussen Kitchen G's Smoker & Catering of Eagle Grove; Mischelle's of Jewell; Sweet Treats of Jewell
- 2:00 pm - Volleyball tournament
- 7:00 pm - "Aftershock" - live classic rock 'n roll music
- Dusk - Lighted Boat parade followed by Fireworks over the lake.
