O Day Wetland Area

Discover O Day Wetland Area in Little Sioux

The O'Day Wetland Area has 15 acres that is predominately wetland with some native prairie upland and woodland habitat. It connects with the Gee-Hruska Wetland Area for a larger complex of 45 acres. These are nice areas for waterfowl, pheasant and quail. Hunters are reminded it is illegal to discharge a firearm within 200 yards of an occupied building or feedlot-watch for signs. To access both areas, use the parking lot at the O'Day Wetland that is on a Level B dirt road.
