Family Paddle

Event Summary

Join naturalist Julia at Selzer pond for a family paddling event! We will be bringing our kayaks and canoes out for people to use and get in the water. Selzer pond is a small pond that is great for beginner paddlers and for a relaxing afternoon paddle/float. We provide the boat, life jackets, and paddles. Participants will receive a short water safety talk and then are free to paddle and explore the pond. 

Participants should arrive around 1pm and can paddle up until 3pm. 

This program is free and open to all experiences.

Registration is required.

This program is good for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
