Event Summary
Welcome to Jackson County Conservation's first ever fishing tournament!
All proceeds from this event will go towards improving boat ramps and river accesses in Jackson County.
Fish the whole month of May (May 1 - 31).
Fish for bass, catfish, and crappie.
Bass - largemouth & smallmouth
Catfish - channel & flathead
Crappie - black & white
Fish anywhere in Jackson County, Iowa. Including boundary waters such as the Mississippi River.
All Iowa DNR fishing rules and regulations apply. All fish entered in the tournament will be photographed, measured, and recorded through the FishDonkey app. You do NOT NEED to purchase the Fish Donkey measuring board; you can simply place your fish on a measuring tape and take a photo with the app to submit your catch.

$25 entry fee - fish as much as you want all month and enter unlimited amount of catches of bass, catfish, and crappie.
Prizes will be awarded for multiple categories. $100 CASH prize for First Place for Mixed Bag. $50+ value prizes for First Place in each of the three Stringer categories.
Proceeds from this event will go towards improving boat ramps and river accesses at Jackson County Parks. Specifically Spruce Creek boat ramp on the Mississippi River just north of Bellevue and Bridgeport Access on the Maquoketa River just north of Maquoketa.
