Event Summary
Turn your child into a Survivalympian! Join in as participants compete in the 2025 Survivalympic Trials. Competitions will include knot tying, casting, fire starting, fishing, nature knowledge, and more! The Survivalympics program is for youth entering 5th-7th grade. The trials will be a joint camp for Jefferson and Van Buren County residents. Top five participants from each county will be invited to represent their respective Conservation Board in a three-county competition held at Pioneer Ridge Nature Center on Tuesday, July 29.This program has a $25 registration fee and will have a limited number of participants.
Please note:
• We ask that adults do not attend camp as it allows participants to better explore and try new things.
• Camps are set up for students who will be entering the listed grade during the summer.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All Jefferson County Conservation events have a registration deadline of two weeks prior to the program start date. If you would like to cancel before the two-week window, you will be issued a credit which can be used for future programs. Within two weeks of the program, no credits will be given.
