Event Summary

This month we will be tying the Bluegill Slayer 9000. This is  a great fly when fishing warm water for Bluegill, Crappie, or Largemouth Bass. Once you learn to tie one, you’ll want to tie all kinds of variations to ensure you have just the right color combination.

During this class, we will discuss the history of the fly, tie a few, and discuss how to fish this fly and what species it is effective for.
