Camping at Burt Lake
Camping is available at Burt Lake Park. The sites are first come, first served. A 50/30/20 amp electrical pedestal, a nearby water hydrant, a picnic table, and fire ring are included.
Locations
Burt Lake Park is located 3 miles west of Swea City on Highway 9, then 7 miles north on County Road P20 (40th Ave.)
Hours
The campground opens around April 15th and closes around the end of October depending on weather.
Fees
The price for camping is $15 per night for electrical sites and $10 per night for tent camping. We no longer offer the seventh night free. Please fill out a registration envelope upon arrival and drop the envelope with the enclosed money in the collection pedestal in the upper camping area. To pay online click the link. (coming soon). If paying online, a 4% convenience fee will be added to help cover our credit card processing fees. That 4% equals an extra 60 cents per night. Please indicate on the registration envelope that you have paid online.
