    Rental Contract Agreement

    1.  All renters are responsible for cleaning the shelter prior to leaving. 
    2. Trash should be removed and placed in trash can outside near the shelter.
    3. The Lee County Conservation Board is not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
    4. The Lee County Conservation Board has adopted a “Burn Where You Buy” policy. Do not bring firewood into Lee County Conservation’s parks. Firewood may be purchased from the Camp Host or Park Ranger for $5.00 per bundle.

    All reservations for Lee County Conservation Board's shelter houses are final and nonrefundable.

    Shelter house overlooks the lake and has 6 picnic tables and a grill.

    Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 08:00 AM and check-out is before 10:00 PM.
