    Rental Contract Agreement

    1.  All renters are responsible for cleaning the shelter  prior to leaving. 
    2. Trash should be removed and placed in trash can outside near the shelter
    3. The Lee County Conservation Board is not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
    4. The Lee County Conservation Board has adopted a “Burn Where You Buy” policy. Do not bring firewood into Lee County Conservation’s parks. Firewood may be purchased from the Camp Host or Park Ranger for $5.00 per bundle.

    The shelter house overlooks beautiful Wilson Lake. It is located on the north side of the lake and is a great location for family reunions, graduation parties, and other small gatherings. 

    Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 08:00 AM and check-out is before 10:00 PM.

    The 75 feet by 35 feet shelter house features 12 tables, two 110-outlets, overhead lighting, a grill, and a water hydrant. There is also a playground and bathroom located adjacent to the shelter house. 

    Fees

    The shelter house rents for $40.00 per day. 

    Hours of Operation & Seasons

    The shelter house is open during normal park hours. If the shelter is not reserved, it operates on a first-come-first-serve basis. Reservations are posted in the shelter house.
