Paddles in the Pool, too - Intro to Kayaking, Cedar Rapids

Learn to kayak or brush up on your skills! In this one-day class led by American Canoe Association (ACA) certified instructors, we will cover appropriate gear, safety basics and more.  All equipment is provided. You bring swimwear and wear it in the pool. Pre-registration is highly recommended since space is limited.  To register go to CRREC.org or call 319-286-5566, the event is listed as Intro to Kayaking and number 104223-02 .  Day of event registration if there are openings. Cost of this event is $15 per person ages 15 and up – youth must be supervised. Indicate height and weight for us to provide the proper size kayak.
