Fresh Air Fridays - Summer Series

Event Summary

* Due to the rain, find us inside Wickiup Hill Learning Center on Friday, June 20.

The theme for Friday, June 20 will be summer fun with animal olympics, UV bead crafts, and more! This will overlap with our Summer Solstice Celebration activities available from 10 a.m.-2 p.m at Wickiup Hil.

Come out on Fridays for fun, family-friendly pop-up events at some of our favorite Linn County parks! Catch us every Friday under the Linn County Conservation tent for exciting hands-on activities based on that week's theme! Plus, join us for a fun nature-themed story time with a read-aloud at 10:30 a.m. near the activity tent. Collect stamps on your Fresh Air Friday Passport each week. Attend three or more dates over the summer for a prize. Enjoy the fresh air, explore new areas, or rediscover your favorite outdoor places. Activities are geared towards kids ages 4-12, but all are welcome. Free. No need to register.   

June 6, 10-11:30 a.m.– Morgan Creek Park, playground (E Ave. entrance)  

June 13, 10-11:30 a.m. – Pinicon Ridge Park, riverside south playground  

June 20, 10-11:30 a.m. – Wickiup Hill Learning Center, nature playscape area

July 11, 10-11:30 a.m. – Morgan Creek Park, playground (E Ave. entrance)
