Aaron Batchelder explains - an interest peaked when I found my first pottery sherd on the surface of the ground, after a prescribed prairie burn back in 2008.  That really set my feet in motion (literally) for looking for artifacts.  I'll share a few of my finds along with some resources to help someone get started in your own adventures.  

These O.W.L.S. programs are scheduled for Baby Boomers and older folks to interact with those of a similar maturity and are meant to keep us engaged mentally and physically in the world around us.  We hope you can join in!
