Event Summary

Dan Kirby is a Fisheries Biologist with the Iowa DNR working in eastern Iowa.  Dan is a graduate of Luther College and South Dakota State University.  His early career was mostly spent studying and monitoring fisheries in eastern South Dakota and the Mississippi River of Iowa.  For the past nineteen years his primary focus has been aquatic resource management and ecology of warmwater interior rivers and cold-water streams in Iowa.

These O.W.L.S. programs are scheduled for Baby Boomers and older folks to interact with those of a similar maturity and are meant to keep us engaged mentally and physically in the world around us.  We hope you can join in!
