Berry Bash Kick-Off

Celebrate the start of Wickiup Hill’s Berry Bash with a family-friendly adventure into the sweet side of nature! Join us for a guided hike as we explore local trails in search of wild, seasonal berries growing right here on site. Along the way, we’ll cultivate a spirit of reciprocity and appreciation for the plants and places that nourish us while practicing responsible harvesting techniques and discovering the important role these plants play in the ecosystem.  Participants will have the opportunity to gather berries to take home while learning the principles of ethical foraging. Bring comfortable walking shoes, a small container for berries, and your sense of curiosity as we kick off a week dedicated to celebrating nature’s abundance.  Open to all ages and great for families to participate together. Free
