Event Summary
Join MCCD and Cairn Yoga and Wellness for an evening of snowflakes and grounding yoga practice. We’ll explore the wonder of snowflakes and the symmetry found in nature while enjoying the warmth of the fire. The session will include a sequence of yoga poses inspired by snowflakes, designed to open your heart, clear your mind, and connect you to the quiet beauty of winter.
Registration is required by January 20, 2026 at 4PM.Please bring a mat or blanket to practice on. Other yoga props will be provided.
This event is part of the Nature & Yoga Fireside Series. We will have a new topic each session. Join us for as many sessions as you would like. The fee is $25 per class; each class will have its own registration.
