Eagle Cabin is one of two modern 4-bedroom cabins offered for reservation at Roberts Creek Park.  During the winter season the rental fee is $290.00/night, a 2 consecutive night minimum reservation is required.  The winter season begins the Friday before Labor Day and runs until the Friday before Memorial Day.  The rest of the year is the summer season.  During the Summer season the rental fee is $2030.00/week.  Weekly rentals are Friday to Friday only.  These four-bedroom cabins have the same floor plans and are situated adjacent to each other in an exclusive area of Roberts Creek Park.

Eagle and Osprey cabins will be available to rent for a two night minimum for the remainder of the 2025 summer season. The week of the Sprint Car Nationals will require a 10-day reservation during the event. All other reservations will require a two night minimum until May of 2026, when the normal Summer and Winter season rates will resume.

Cabin amenities include: heating/air conditioning, refrigerator (2), stove/oven (2), dishwasher (2), washer and dryer, microwave (2), 2 dining tables, 2 gas fire places, 2 sectionals, 4 lounge chairs, 2 flat screen Smart TVs, WIFI, two Queen size beds (upstairs), downstairs bunk beds (Full over Queen), large covered deck, picnic table, fire ring, charcoal grill. Please review amenities, supplies needed, and items provided listed for each cabin prior to making a reservation decision. The main level of the cabin is ADA compliant for accessibility.  

Full payment is required at the time a cabin reservation is submitted.



Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 04:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.

This modern 4-bedroom cabin is located 7 miles west of Pella at 1636 County Highway G28.  The cabin is located on a wooded hilltop overlooking Lake Red Rock, direct access to the lake by foot is possible.

Fees

Winter Season: Friday before Labor Day to Friday before Memorial Day    

$290.00/night 2 consecutive night minimum reservation   

Summer Season: Begins the Friday before Memorial Day, continues through June, July, August till the       Friday Labor Day.   

$2030.00/week, weekly rentals only, Friday to Friday, only.    

* Maximum stay of 14 days.   

* The cabin fee includes a 5% statewide Hotel/Motel Consumer's Use Tax imposed on the rental of recreational cabins.   

A $4.00 NON-REFUNDABLE "Processing Fee" will be added to each cabin rental at time payment is submitted.

CLEAN-UP/DAMAGE 

Cabin renters are required to clean the facility and grounds and return them to the condition they were received.  Renters are required to fulfill requirements specified on Checkout Sheet prior to departure. A cleaning fee of $75 per hour will be charged if the facility is not left in the condition the renter received it.  Repair of any damage not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to the renter.  Failure to pay the fee will result in further action to collect the debt.

* Reservations may be made up to two years in advance.

* Reservations must be made 5 days in advance of arrival date.

* Check in time is after 4:00 PM at the cabin using the lock code on the door, check-out time is before 10:00 AM.

* All Rules and Regulations of the Marion County Conservation Board are in effect.

* All laws of the State of Iowa are in effect.

Smoking and Pets are prohibited inside the cabin.

Keg Beer is prohibited.

Cabin furniture must remain inside the facility.

* Clean-up of the cabin must be completed prior to check-out and be ready for the next visitors.
