Can I reserve a camp site at any O'Brien County Conservation Board's campgrounds?

All 10 sites at Tjossem are available for reservations.

Sites 19-29 at Dog Creek - South Campground are available for reservations.

Sites 1-10 and 41-44 at Mill Creek Park are available for reservations.

All reservations can be made thru mycountyparks.com.

Can I bring my pet camping?

Your pet is allowed to camp at O’Brien County Parks.  It must be on a leash or kenneled at all times and you must clean up after it.  There are no pets allowed in beach areas.

When Can I Visit The Prairie Heritage Center?

The Prairie Heritage Center is open Monday - Friday from 9:00AM to 4:00PM all year, except on holidays.

From May - September it is open Saturday and Sunday from 1:00PM to 4:00PM.

From October - April it is open the 1st and 3rd Saturdays from 1:00PM to 4:00PM.
