Event Summary

 Natural beauty abounds around central Iowa! Enjoy a day touring the elaborate Reiman Gardens in Ames with a guided tour through the conservatory and butterfly gardens. Guests will then have an opportunity to explore the gardens on their own before meeting for lunch. After lunch, the bus will tour through Ledges State Park to view the magnificient landforms along the Des Moines River Valley. Our final stop will be a guided tour through the Iowa Arboretum.

Fee: $55; includes transportation, lunch and tour fees. Departure from Living History Farms parking lot, 11121 Hickman, Urbandale. Registration deadline is August 12.
