Survivors: 7th & 8th Grade Camp

Arrowhead Park, Pottawattamie County

Tuesday, July 9, 2019

Our oldest campers get a chance to put all their outdoor skills to use during a paddling adventure and an overnight camping stay at Botna Bend Park.

Campers arrive at Arrowhead Park at 9:00 a.m. on July 9th for a full day of camp focusing on building canoeing skills & learning water safety. Our second day of camp will start out at 9:00 a.m. at Botna Bend Park (location subject to change) where we will take a trip down the West Nishnabotna River Water Trail to our overnight camp out location. Parents can pick up their campers at 11:00 a.m. on July 11th in the Atlantic City Park (location subject to change).

Campers are asked to provide a sack lunch for the first & second days of camp. Tents, outdoor gear & additional food during the overnight will be provided. Campers must provide a sleeping bag & a change of clothes.

This camp is designed for students entering 7th & 8th grade and the cost is $100.00 per camper & includes both days of camp activities, supplies, & overnight camping needs. Campers must provide their own sack lunch for the first day of camp.

Online pre-registration is required to attend as space is limited.

Please download our camp waiver form below in "Related Items" and return by email or USPS before camp or bring the completed form with you on the first day of camp.
