Walk on the wild side during KinderNature Camp August 5th through 9th. Our ​second August KinderNature Camp, ​Shells, Scales, & Turtle Tales, will be held Tuesday, August 6th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Hitchcock Nature Center. Get to know turtles up close and personal. See turtles & their shells, learn about the life they live, & experience what it is like to carry your own home around with you through immersive play and exploration. 

KinderNature Camps are offered in 5 day series from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. each day and campers may register either for all 5 sessions or only the sessions of their choice. Geared toward our youngest campers our KinderNature Camps are designed for children ages 3, 4 & 5 who have not completed Kindergarten. Campers must be 3 years old by May 1st of the current camp year to attend. Each day of camp includes indoor & outdoor exploration, hands on activities, a snack, crafts, and lots of fun!

Cost is $15.00 per camper per day & online pre-registration is required to attend.

Wednesday, August 7th - Curious Coyotes
Thursday, August 8th - Tree-rific Trackers
Friday, August 9th - Bodacious Bugs

Please download our camp waiver form below in "Related Items" and return by email or USPS before camp or bring the completed form with you on the first day of camp.
