Narrows River Park

Pottawattamie Conservation parks are open for day use & camping without restrictions at this time. Pottawattamie Conservation is taking extra steps to maintain safety for our visitors including increased cleaning of public restrooms, indoor facilities, & cabins, providing hand sanitizer in high use areas for our visitors, & adjusting our public programming offerings.

We remind our visitors that COVID-19 is present in our communities & ask that all park visitors please maintain appropriate social distancing at all times, wash hands frequently, & recommend wearing a mask when visiting indoor spaces at your county parks. Please limit your groups to 10 or fewer individuals when visiting indoor spaces & please obey all posted signage in your county parks.

The Cottonwood Shelter at Narrows River Park is closed to reservations & the Missouri River boat ramp at Narrows River Park remains closed at this time.

Thank you for understanding.

Narrows River Park provides boat access to the mighty Missouri River. A covered shelter with large deck overlooking the river invites visitors to stay and enjoy the beauty of the river and the Omaha skyline downstream. In addition to the boat ramp, facilities include a restroom, horseshoe pits, archery range, and a new playground.
