Upper Nish is approx. 3 miles of old railroad right of way that starts just 1/2 northeast of Irwin and is open to equestrian day riding January 11 - October 14 and public hunting October 15 - January 10. CABLES ARE ACROSS THE TRAIL AT THE ENTRANCES TO PREVENT VEHICLES SO YOUR HORSE OR MULE WILL HAVE TO GO OVER THE CABLE OR UNDO THE CABLE AND PUT IT BACK UP WHEN YOU ARE DONE RIDING!
