Located just south of the town of Alton, IA this 71 acre area provides opportunities for upland game hunting and fishing of a 10 acre pond. Fish that may be found in the pond include: Bluegill, Catfish, Crappie, Largemouth Bass, Perch, Smallmouth Bass, and Walleye. With its close proximity to town it is a short step away in the winter months for the ice fisherman. This area was added to the Sioux County Conservation Board in 2001.
