Artist Reception for Melissa Van Egdom

Event Summary

Please gather up your family and friends and join us in welcoming our featured artist, Melissa Van Egdom. Missy will be on site to visit with guests, and refreshments will be served during this open-house style event. Missy (Daale) Van Egdom resides in Hull, Iowa and was raised on a farm three miles from Oak Grove. Her paintings reflect her experiences of farm life and a deep appreciation for animals of all kinds, which continue to inspire her artwork. She has completed a wide range of commissioned works including pets, farm scenes, commercial buildings, semi-trucks, memorial pieces, and paintings commemorating engagements and weddings. Kahoot the Barred Owl will also make a special appearance during the event.
