Facility rental is $250- includes facility, patio, fridge, tables, and chairs.
Damage Deposit $250 must be turned in to the Sioux County Conservation Board Administration office no more than 30 days prior to your reservation. Damage deposit must be in the form of a check, we will shred the check after the rental, if no damages occurred during rental and facilities are cleaned inside and out as they were presented to your group.
Rental contract must be under the name of someone 21 years or older and must be present throughout rental.
