Event Summary

Join Story County Conservation volunteers in hand harvesting prairie seed from the largest prairie remnant in the county -- Doolittle Prairie. Learn a thing or two about Doolittle Prairie's history and about native plans while you're at it!

Because work should always be followed by fun, we'll head to Alluvial Brewing for a refreshing drink after harvesting seed from 4:00-6:00 P.M. Participants in this event will enjoy discounted drinks at Alluvial Brewing, great conversation, and best of all, the company of other like-minded individuals with interest in the world of conservation!
