Event Summary

Embrace winter with an invigorating snowshoe hike to explore McFarland Park. No experience necessary—if you can walk, you can snowshoe! Snowshoes will be provided. You can either snowshoe with your own group or accompany our naturalist, Rebekah, at 2:00PM for a hike.

Youth snowshoes fit approximate youth shoe sizes 1-7, and up to 125 lbs. Adult snowshoes are adjustable to all adult shoe sizes. Waterproof boots and layering of non-cotton clothing strongly recommended.

Snowshoe rental guaranteed with registration of $5 per participant.

Cash or check only can be taken on Saturday, but the snowshoes are on a first come, first serve basis. 

$5.00 per person, adult and children welcome.
