Wildflower Walk

Event Summary

The wildflower walk is led by Outdoor Alliance of Story County volunteers and is cosponsored with Story County Conservation. The hike will begin at 1:30 from the parking area.

Take an afternoon walk in the woods and enjoy finding the spring ephemeral wildflowers blooming before the trees leaf out and block much of the sun from the ground.

Join us as we explore the spring ephemerals that bloom before the trees and other plants leaf out, blocking much of the sun on the ground. 

Walk will take place April 27th from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Meet in the parking area at Robison Wildlife Acres.
