Description
This position will assist with all aspects of development of county wildlife areas, parks, and trails; including routine area & facility maintenance, management of upland habitat, tree and shrub removal. Opportunities to assist County Naturalist with programming will exist.
Position is seasonal full-time, mid-May through September. Standard 40 hours/week, Monday thru Friday with occasional weekend or holiday hours.
Must have the ability to operate tractors, mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and small hand tools. Applicants should have the ability to work with people of all ages and communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
