Description
This position will assist with
all aspects of development of county wildlife areas, parks, and trails;
including routine area & facility maintenance, management of upland
habitat, tree and shrub removal. Opportunities to assist County Naturalist with
programming will exist.
Position is seasonal full-time, mid-May through September. Standard 40 hours/week, Monday thru Friday with occasional weekend or holiday hours.
Ability to operate tractors, mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and small hand tools a plus. Applicants should have the ability to work with people of all ages and communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid drivers license.
