Description
Seasonal position under general supervision of the Director and direct supervision of the Operations Supervisor and/or Park Rangers. Performs mowing, weed eating, cleaning of facilities, facility and park maintenance, park patrolling, interaction with park visitors and other jobs as assigned. Preferred experience in operation of equipment such as mowers, skid loaders, tractors, chain saws and hand tools but will train the right candidate. Will work a non standard work week with some night, weekend and holiday work required. Position will run from May to August and will be 40 hours/week.
Qualifications
Preferably working towards a degree in a natural resource related field. Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions. Ability to operate various equipment.
