Description
Clayton county is seeking candidates for the position of Interpretative Naturalist I. This opportunity is based out of our Osborne Nature Center - Elkader facility. The person in this position plans, develops, coordinates and presents environmental education and interpretative programs for schools, youth and adult groups and the public; develops related written, audiovisual and display materials; and performs related duties as required. Qualified candidates must be accountable, flexible, and adaptable to the needs of the County Conservation Program. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in environmental education interpretation, natural resources, outdoor recreation or a related natural science is required. A Class C driver’s license is required.
