Event Summary

Students that have participated in Outdoor Explorers previously will get preference. It is a longer session in order to provide more hands-on opportunities. Participants will enjoy outdoor cooking, fishing, shooting pellet guns/trap shoot, prairie photography, and visit the Hawkeye Buffalo Ranch! All equipment will be provided. Sessions will meet at South Riverside Park on every Tuesday and Thursday in July. Bremer County Naturalists Heather Gamm and Chelsea Ewen will teach/lead all sessions and transport students.
