Fossil & Prairie Park 5K Challenge Run

Event Summary

This 5K run begins in Rockford.  The course takes you past the site of the Rockford Brick & Tile Co. (past the remaining beehive kilns), along the edge of the quarry where Devonian fossils can be found and then through native Iowa prairie.  Course is along mowed grass trails.

Registration cost is $15 if received before Aug. 31st ($20 after Aug. 31st) and includes long sleeve t-shirt, door prize drawing and refreshments.
