Shooting Star Beach Party

Event Summary

Come watch the Perseid meteor shower and learn about stars, planets and constellations with the Naturalist. Fancy campfire desserts and non-alcoholic drinks will start off the night. Since the best viewing is late into the night, bring your tent to camp on the beach! This program is best suited for ages 13 and older; children must be accompanied by an adult. There is no cost, but you must pre-register by August 10th by calling Connie Betts at 712-647-2785 ext. 22. Cloud or rain date August 13th.
