Event Summary

Fall is here and it is a good time to work on removing invasive bush honeysuckle. On Saturday October 21 at 1:30-3:30 pm at Prairie Creek Recreation Area, 1215 East Summit St, Maquoketa IA, 52060 help Jackson County Conservation remove invasive bush honeysuckle. Volunteers will meet at the Prairie Creek recreation Area pavilion at 1:30 pm. Volunteers will help lop, drag, and pile honeysuckle bushes. Volunteers should dress for the weather, field work, and bring work gloves. Please register 48 hours in advance.
